McLane Advanced Technologies’ (MAT) Web-based Veterans Case Management System (VCMS) provides a secure portal to manage claims for disability benefits on behalf of those who have served in the United States military. This system provides a standardized, secure environment for managing vital data from a wide range of sources. Veterans Administration counselors are able to enter data and create a robust and useful resource of information.
VCMS brings a high level of organization and efficiency to veterans’ claims processing. The system promotes a complete and accurate database by preventing duplicate data while preserving previous information for reference. VCMS makes it easier to complete a wide variety of forms and logs their submission to the Veterans Administration. The system also tracks all counselor contact with the veteran, tabulating and organizing the data to facilitate management reporting. Managers can generate reports as often as needed on a local, regional or statewide basis. They can prioritize work lists, analyze staff productivity and performance metrics, and view statistics on form submissions. All these features result in faster processing and better service for our veterans.
