Problems that can be diagnosed and resolved remotely will be taken care of quickly and efficiently by MAT’s ConstantCare staff. When required, our team is also available to assist you with problems that cannot be resolved remotely and are not included in the ConstantCare agreement.

McLane Advanced Technologies provides basic monitoring and maintenance for workstations, including the following:
24x7 monitoring of the systems for specific types of software or hardware problems
Series of after-hours maintenance tasks including software updates, antivirus and spyware scans, defragmentation, and system cleanup
An assigned IT Manager who will visit monthly or quarterly (per plan) at a pre-determined date and time; will have a list of items for which they will be responsible during on-site visit; may also provide training or other support
Monthly executive summary report that assigned IT Manager will review with the client
