Charlyn Renfrow is a dynamic Human Resources Professional with over 20 years in the field. She joined the MAT team as the Director of Human Resources in July 2005. Prior to that she has held numerous positions in the grocery / foodservice distribution industry to include, Human Resources Manager, Training Manager and Director of Management Operating Systems. Her experience includes recruiting, benefit administration, payroll administration, risk management, inventory control, merchandising, sales, training, organizational development and project management with business strategy planning and implementation. Charlyn takes great pride in having a direct impact on customer satisfaction by not only recruiting highly competent and performance-focused people but by assisting the organization in creating a culture that creates the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
