As a STAMIS developer, MAT understands the in’s and out’s of training and leverages this knowledge to develop curriculum and training that delivers best-in-class functional education. Using the Instructional System Design methodology – ADDIE – our training is flexible enough to be delivered on our site, your site, an LMS, or through computer based training modules that provide continuing and on-demand learning. Flexible and focused on your needs –our approach is simple, our courses comprehensive and our commitment is unwavering.

STAMIS Training – MAT offers quality functional and technical Standard STAMIS training tailored to fit your organization’s needs. Each course runs between five to ten days, eight hours per day, and has a maximum of 20 students per class. Training is conducted at our campus in Temple, Texas, as well as locations worldwide.

Mobile STAMIS Teams – In the field or at your base, our skilled trainings can land anywhere and provide real-time relevant training that educates the users. Our teams have trained people all over the world – regardless of the environments.

Computer Based Training – As a STAMIS developer, we designed the current computer based training in SAMS-E that provides detailed knowledge and instructions. MAT's Computer Based Training enhanced the user experience and provides documented testing and analysis.

Analysis

We start by understanding your requirements and objectives so we can better understand the needs of the training. This definition phase helps ensure we deliver relevant and timely training information in any formats.

Design

In the design phase, we cross-walk the needs of the customer to the scope of the curriculum. We also look at the scope of the training and assign a trainer that fits the need. We then outline the type of training – whether it’s a classroom at our location or a mobile team deployed to the customer’s site.

Development

Development includes creating and building the instruction method to deliver the learning strategy. This includes activity guides and materials appropriate for the mode of delivery. This could be traditional classroom instructor-led presentation or web-based training tutorials. We thoroughly test and evaluate to be sure the final product is accurate and meets specification.

Implementation

Attentively and promptly we will deliver the training at a date and timeframe of your choice that best aligns with the needs of your training. Our trainers taking great pride in presenting themselves and will go above and beyond to ensure that users walk out with the knowledge needed to be successful.

Evaluation

We measure the effectiveness of our training through an on-going evaluation process.
