Unit Level Logistics System – Aviation Enhanced (ULLS-A(E))

ULLS-A(E) is a computer based software system operated by flight company crew chiefs and VOC REHAB
field level aviation maintenance personnel to track PMCS, on-hand Prescribed Load List (PLL)
usage and The Army Maintenance Management System-Aviation (TAMMS-A) functions.

The ULLS-A(E) training includes – quality control, production control, technical supply, and
aircraft logbook. Students will receive significant training in each category to include:

Quality Control Course – 40 hour block course that shows students how to operate all the
different ULLS-A (E) programs and train Quality Control users how to use and/or operate:

  • Quality Control Log in
  • Quality Control Main Menu
  • Flight / Maintenance Records Menu

  • Program Administration / LCF menu
  • Reports / Readiness and Other Records Menu

Aircraft Logbook Course – 8 hour block course that shows students how to operate all the ULLS-A (E) programs and train them on how to use the Automated Aircraft Logbook Program. This program is designed to interface with all the different levels of ULLS-A (E) operation and maintenance.
