With proven past performance, we have grown into an industry leader in logistics, maintenance, and information systems for the federal government. SAMS-E is one of three key logistics information systems MAT currently supports for the U.S. Army, along with PBUSE and AFMIS.
With a workforce of over 50% veterans, MAT brings a mission-critical skills Defense projects. This military experience gives MAT the capability to proactively identify needs and potential issues to provide innovative answers to the most difficult and demanding Defense problems.
As the developer of SAMS-E, MAT is recognized as a subject matter expert in Logistics Information Systems (LIS). The result is substantial global training capabilities. Certified professionals and subject matter experts offer training and technical support in-line with the development of new software releases and upgrades.
From managing the Logistics Information System that enables the U.S. Army to conduct maintenance management of vehicles and equipment, to assisting in the readiness of our Soldiers 24/7, we understand logistics and can deliver solutions in a timely cost effective manner. SAMS-E Program History
In 2004, the United States Army entrusted MAT with modernizing its logistics systems to equip military personnel with up-to-date capabilities that support enterprise resource planning. SAMS-E is the development of a single suite of applications from four outdated systems — ULLS-G, SAMS-1, SAMS-2 and SAMS-I/TDA.
PBUSE
MAT currently manages, sustains, and provides training for in the PBUSE system, which a major component of Army logistics and provides full accountability of the entire equipment inventory. Mission essential property and unit supplies are accounted for in the PBUSE system, which is responsible for operational readiness and visibility of assets.
AFMIS
AFMIS is the management information system for the Army food program used in every Army dining facility. For 18 years, the system has provided essential subsistence for Soldiers stationed across the globe.

We offer superior training to keep soldiers current on the Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) that make up the backbone of the United States Army’s tactical operations.
